Thank you for commenting Andrew, but much of your response is incorrect.
For one, Obama is saying that the burden can only be lifted by creating a global government, not the other way around. We can argue on and on about this, but in the end, it is how you interpret it.
Second, most of what you wrote has nothing to do with Obama being an elitist. You are still trapped in the world of conservatism and liberalism, of black and white. That is just incorrect. If you look deep within American history, you can see that the differences between the two parties are virtually nonexistent. Regardless of who's in office, the CFR will make the same decisions, as will the Trilateral Commision and the Bilderberg Group. I also think you mistake me for a Republican, which is just not true.
And I encourage you to fact-check your comments before you post them. Barrack Obama did not disappear to see his family. His wife was most likely campaigning for her husband or chatting it up on "The View." Obama disappeared with Hilary Clinton. They were on the same plane, and went to the same area. And don't you find it odd that where he went, even if it was his home, it was not reported on? Obama is seen as a god. If he takes a crap, it's front page news. If he went anywhere, you would know about it. But not this time.
And to your, "Remember, two years ago, he was a nobody." You just proved my point. The Illuminati took a likable, new face, and made him the next president in a few months. They told the media to publicize him to the point that he becomes a celebrity and it happened.
I believe that a few years ago, a no-name senator from Arkansas attended the Bilderberg Group, and a few months later, he was president. That mans name was Bill Clinton. The same is happening with Obama.

Alright... Barack Obama's words here are not intended as you see them. First of all, politicians have "disappeared" before in major cities before. The reason is not that they are part of an underground campaign to take over the world; they want some peace and quiet. Obama has a wife and a daughter; he probably spent a little time with them instead of in front of a group of reporters...
Next, I resent your phrasing. You say our "predetermined" president. The polls have gone up and down and much as I don't like him or his beliefs, John McCain is in the race still.
Also, traditionally Democrats are thought of the people who squander government money, forcing the people to pay more taxes. Since Ronald Reagan, we have been in debt, and under every republican, we have spent more money, and under Bill Clinton, the only democrat, our country almost got out of debt. It seems to me that a president who forces the people to pay more and more taxes is more likely to be someone who wants to control them. A spender is a controller, and Barack Obama, pinchpenny that he is, is not a spender, therefore he does not quite fit the domineering type.
Finally, Barack Obama's quote that you cite is an innocent plea for voters. Both candidates have noted that our current president has failed in almost every aspect and they are trying to tell the people how they are different from "W." Obama is saying that people will need to work together in order to lift the burden of global citizenship which is what America is doing in Iraq. To LIFT the burden. If anything, Obama is saying that he does not want final global cooperation, just that in order to acheive the ends, the means will require the negative effect. Its like when you are re-organizing your room, sometimes it needs to get messier before you can fully clean it.
If there is such a thing as an elitest group trying to control the world, Obama does not seem like the type to be in this group. Remember, two years ago, he was a nobody.

Of course he's a globalist.......and all the fools who vote for him are signing on to tyranny and maybe worse. How can anyone who believes in partial birth abortion be anything less than evil anyway. For this reason alone he should be repudiated. Favoring PBA doesnt help him. So why support it? He supports it because it's an in your face position. He thinks he's invincible even with untenable positions. The fact that he's a one world order candidate should come as no surprise to anyone. So is McCain. You can't get a major party nomination if you're not a globalist. This is probably why Romney disappeared overnight......Remember: Kerry and Bush are both members of Skull & Bones. Al gore is a high degreed freemason. Bill Clinton is a Rhodes and CFR member and under study of Carroll Quigley. Jimmy Carter is a trilateralist... come on we've been well along the road to tyranny for a long time. Barrack Obama may just be the icing on the cake...............
